Have your tracks recorded and ready to bring together? Our online mixing service allows you to work with Jam House Studios from wherever you are. Send through your individual tracks, along with any notes or creative references, and we'll shape them into a balanced, cohesive mix. We'll work with levels, EQ, dynamics, effects, stereo image and overall feel to help your music translate across different listening environments. Ideal for singles, demos, EPs and larger projects. Cancellation Policy
Appointments: All visits are by appointment only. Please arrive on time for your booking. If you're running late, let us know as soon as possible. Confirmation: You'll receive a booking confirmation after your appointment is made. If any details need to change, we'll contact you as soon as possible. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings. Deposits and upfront payments are refundable if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the deposit being retained, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Late Arrivals: If you're running late, please let us know. Depending on the schedule, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. No Shows: If you don't attend your booking without letting us know, we may require a deposit before accepting future bookings. Communication: We aim to respond to enquiries within 1-2 business days. Business hours may vary, so replies outside these times may be delayed. Quotes: Quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Additional work won't be carried out without discussing it with you first. Payments: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. If parts need to be ordered, a deposit may be required before work begins. Any additional work or costs will be discussed with you before proceeding. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website, unless otherwise discussed. Recording sessions require full payment at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice and we'll do our best to accommodate a new time. Custom pedal builds: A deposit is required before work begins. Respect: We strive to provide a welcoming, respectful environment for everyone. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
